A bit about Samm
Samm founded IPOS in 2005. He divides his time between managing the business and his primary passion namely working directly with our clients. When not in the office, Samm can be found on the football pitch or in pursuit of his quest to sample every craft beer produced in the UK.
A bit about Andy
Andy has a long track record of success in senior leadership roles. After working with us for several years as a consultant, in March of 2021 he joined the company full time as Managing Director to spearhead the next phase of our growth. Andy has a license for high-performance motorcycles but his equally loud trademark shirts remain unlicensed.
A bit about SteveSteve joined us in 2019 to lead the sales team. He brings over 30 years sales experience with some of the world’s largest organisations. Outside of work Steve keeps his head in the clouds as a private pilot and aircraft owner.
A bit about Charlotte
Charlotte joined IPOS in 2016 after many years working as a visual merchandising expert for several major fashion brands. Charlotte has a passion for all things fashion and is becoming something of an Influencer to her fast-growing social media fan base.
A bit about Marcus
Marcus joined IPOS in September 2020 after a highly successful sales career in the high-end automotive sector. Professionally his passion is in selling and nurturing relationships, whilst personally he loves everything film and cinema as well as being an avid Manchester United fan.
